Drinking alcohol during xanax treatment. (NOT mixing the two).

Hi everyone, during stressful periods i take about .25 to .50 mg of xanax, i took some now (11pm). Would i be safe in drinking alcohol tomorrow at 11am?

(Lunch with friends, we’re all on holiday from work and enjoying these last weeks of warm weather to grill and hang out). So basically, is 12 hrs enough between the two? I will probably get drunk-ish (2 gin tonics and two or three beers).
