Been binge drinking 30cl a day on average for the last 2 weeks

Every night ill get through 30cl. Anyway, lately ive been feeling a tightness in my chest. Its very mild, but its discomfort. Today I experienced what feels a really high heart rate, chest heaviness (wasn’t painful, just felt odd) and am experiencing an erratic heartbeat and palpitations. I got really frightened. I have a feeling of dread too. Havent drank today. Also, i got a rash on my back that came and went after 5 mins
