Undiluted everclear tongue injury

What are some good ways to treat this at home?

I made the mistake of drinking an unreasonable amounts of undiluted 151 proof everclear. After a while I was just swiging good mouthfuls straight from the bottle. Hangover was awful, ofc, but now I’m left with what I believe to be chemical burns on the left side of my tongue. I’ve been rushing my teeth and swishing warm salt water in my mouth and that I think that’s helping it heal. It’s definitely helping with the pain. What else could I do?
