Alcoholics of Reddit?

How much alcohol is too much? How much do you typically consume? My S/O is upset with me for drinking 1.5 bottles of wine is too much 1/2 a bottle of whiskey is too much. And just wanted to gauge because I am a larger man 6’ 240 and 2 bottles of wine is an easy day for me.
