Allergic Reaction

Hi, so every time I drink more than 2 cans of alcohol I break out in about 5 hours, red and itchy in the armpit area for a couple days, and depending on how much I had, it can be incredibly itchy. I’ve tried different alcohols (Long Island ice tea, Bud Lit, Corona, fireball) but I always get the reaction.

I’m thinking it’s hives or an anti-histamine response, has anyone dealt with this or have any advice?

Also I’m 0% Asian.
