Why do people put alcohol into food?
I don’t get it, what is it for if not to get tipsy or dunk? I understand wine as a way to boost flavour when cooking but there also are a lot of sweets containing placebo amounts of alcohol, what for? And also: Why do people only have one beer or one glass of wine? I don’t feel anything off of that amount, so what for if not to feel the effects?
