Drinking at work

Has anyone been caught drinking at work before? And how long did it take for them to confront you

I messed up my sobriety last Saturday and drank at work. I don’t know how obvious it may have been to others. I showed up late and flustered and drank through the whole day.

It’s been six days since then and I’m so paranoid that the other shoe is going to drop.

I’ve had conversations with my boss since then and saw her yesterday. Nothing was said. But she did text me and ask if I was doing okay because I seemed off

The guilt, shame, and paranoia are getting me. Been constantly doing AA since.
