Is it ok for wanting to have two drinks every 3 or 4 days ?
I have been drinking for the last 17 years . I consider myself a mild drinker but there is never a week / weekend where I haven’t had a drink . It feels like a week is never complete without some level of drinking (never more than 3 max ).
Otherwise I’m very active, eat moderately , exercise a lot , play sports and sleep well.
Every couple of days I feel like I want to drink some wine (by myself) – is it okay to drink as long as I don’t exceed levels or binge drink ?
