How is my BAC .08 for 4 hours?

This is literally impossible unless my body is magically defying thermodynamics.

My breathalyzer read .09 5 hours ago, and .08 for the past 4 hours. I haven’t drank any more since last night.

So either this thing is broken or something fucking weird is going on. I know biology enough to know the liver linearly processes .015 per hour. So what the fuck?

I have to leave in 3 hours, and I know goddamn well it’s not .08 for that long. I don’t want to drive intoxicated, but I have no idea how that’s even possible.
