19 Y/O , 6ft 200ibs Make

So I’m drinking some patrone for the first time with my friends and I don’t know how much I need to get drunk or stay focus , so far I had 100ml but my friend said I need 8 shots to take my big ass down. Is this true ? Also what ML do I stop at ? I never drank before. For legal reasons I’m outside US where drinking age is 18
