What is the “cleanest” liquor to drink?

So from my research they say it goes like this:

1.) Tequila (supposedly it has something called inulin in it so it doesn’t boost blood sugar? But I thought alcohol actually lowers blood sugar?)

2.) Vodka

3.) Gin

That said what is the “cleanest” vodka brand out there? According to google they say absolute & ketel one are best.
