why does alcohol make everything better for me

man i take 1.5mg a day of kpin but can’t seem to stay outta my head unless drunk, diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. does anyone else crave beer/liquor like 24/7 or i just gotta accept the fact that i am an alcoholic?
