Question regarding refrigerating Alcohol

Put a 750ml bottle of Jameson black barrel in the Fridge overnight (my fridge is around 2°C, 35.6°F) removed it this morning after finding out refrigerating it dilutes the flavor.

Was wondering if refrigerating it for that long might’ve reduced the Alcohol Content as well?
