Banned from bar

So need some opinions. I (M22) was out at a bar right off campus that me and my friends frequent every saturday night. I got really drunk (didn’t black out however) and misplaced my phone right before closing time. Bouncers were trying to force everyone out at 2am but I was freaking out that I couldn’t find my phone (which had my ID, debit card, and apartment key in the case) and while a kind bartender was already helping me, I asked the bouncers who were trying to force me out if they could just help me look or at least let me look for another minute or two to find my phone. All my friends had already left, I had no ride (and couldn’t call an uber as had no phone), and am a 25 minute walk to my apartment at 2 am in a unsafe city. They insisted that I needed to go and they’ll find it when they clean up and I can come back when they open the next day. I walk all the way home intoxicated and some how end up home safe. I come back the next afternoon and they luckily found my phone, no issues.
I go back the following friday night for dinner and drinks with a friend, and the bartender who helped me look for my phone served us, no issues, and I tipped her the bill for her help the weekend prior.

However, I come back the next night, saturday (which is the busy night) and immediately bouncers will not let me in and say I’m banned. I ask why, they said because I wouldn’t leave when they told me to. I told them I’m sorry I understand but I felt it wasn’t safe for me to walk home without a phone at that time of night, they say they don’t care and tell me I need to leave the premises.

These are the same bouncers who dragged me out a few months prior for making out with another guy (I’m gay), and all my friends say they act like that because of a personal problem against me. Many of my girl friends have lost belongings there and not only will bouncers help them look, one even drove her purse to her apartment at 3 am. But when I lose my cell phone I get banned, which seems unfair.

Is there anything I can do to get around this ban? Is the owner or a manager likely to be sympathetic to me in this situation? I feel bouncers are there to protect against liability and they created a liability by not helping me at all, not even a 2 minute check for my phone or even offered to call an uber— what if something did happen to me on the walk home and I had no way of communication or identification, that seems like it would be bad for the establishment.

How can I best go around this situation?
