Weird Feeling After Alcohol

16m, I have drank 2 days in a row. I last drank yesterday. I feel anxiety, I have to breathe manually, and I feel like i don’t get enough air when I breath. I feel weird talking to my parents, and im just like, overall, really stupid and goofy like actually dumb. I feel weird.
