Curious if other Alcohol Intolerant people experience this

Earlier today, I had one tongue dip of a cocktail, cue me fighting for my life a few hours later. Dizziness/light vertigo, fighting off a panic attack for an hour. I also have sleep apnea, so I just woke up in presyncope, which is always scary. I know it’s the alcohol because I just went through this ordeal 3 weeks ago, mostly the same symptoms but that time had crazy nausea. Was wondering if anyone else had it this bad.
