Automatic Liquid Dispenser

I am looking to build (or buy) something similar to this item:

Does anyone know where I can get parts for something like this? The tray needs to be large enough to fit a regular size shot glass and the sensor work/detect it.

Tank size does not matter as much, doesn’t need to be large or anything special.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
