This cocktail from Nashville’s rooftop hotspot Heirloom is a patriotic play on the Dirty Shirley.

Course Drinks

Keyword ginger beer, Grenadine, Pop Rocks, vodka

1 ½ oz. Grey Goose vodkaGoslings ginger beer½ oz. GrenadineBlue Pop Rocks candy

Using simple syrup, dip rim of glass to coat top rim.

Dip rim into Blue Pop Rocks to evenly coat edge.

Add ice carefully to fill to top.

Pour Grenadine in glass, then add vodka.

Finish by pouring ginger beer over the top until desired fill level.

Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
