Horrible diarrhea every single time I drink

Please help! I am 25 years old and have been drinking since I was 17. Up until I was 23 I was drinking seltzers, alcohol, and mixed drinks just fine. When I was 19 I got prescribed Lexapro 20 mg and around this time i legit pooped my pants after drinking captain morgan. I stopped drinking brown liquor and it was fine. I would drink seltzers and tequila and vodka no problem! I turned 23 and suddenly all alc makes me diarrhea. Wine and hard liquor especially but even beer makes me pee out my butt. Since 23, anytime I drink Im on the toilet after every single drink. Even halfway through a drink I’m on the toilet. i’m bringing this issue to Reddit because every single time I drink for the last year I’m literally pooping so much that I am rubbing my butt crack raw. My butt crack and butt is red and raw. it hurts to wipe. no matter wet wipe or wet toilet paper- it hurts do so bad. It gets to a point that I’m wincing when I wipe. I’m going so often that I’m making my crack bleed. am I doomed to never drink again? even if I have great meals all day it’s still a raw bum at the end of the day. I understand that you’re not supposed to drink on SSRIs but hey I will not be doing that. HELP!
