Any whiskey/bourbon I can drink?

Hello am 21 I have a severe peanut,tree nut and all fruit allergy to where if eaten would put me in a hospital. I can drink absolute vodka I just wanna know if there’s any whiskey or bourbon brands I’d be able to drink also with non of them having a nutty taste as well cuz idk if that would affect me or not same with a fruity flavor. I’m in usa
