Judge Dismisses Patco Brands’ Counterclaims in BuzzBallz Trademark Case

A federal judge dismissed the last of Patco Brands’ counterclaims against BuzzBallz, ending a three-year fight between two rival orb-shaped, ready-to-drink (RTD) brands.
