What to make with hot honey-infused vodka?

I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with my plethora of hot peppers I grew this season, and I just made some hot honey-infused vodka. Now comes the question, what would you recommend mixing it with? Off the top of my head, I’m thinking lemonade, iced tea, or both, but wasn’t sure if anyone would have some great recommendations.
