Acetaminophen + Alc?

For context I don’t drink like that maybe a couple times a month but yesterday I woke up with a sore throat that got worse throughout the night so I took some nyquil last night and then today when I woke up took 500 mg of acetaminophen (ibuprofen). If I start feeling better would I be okay to get drunk later tonight at like 9-12 AM if ifs 12 PM rn or will my liver be fucked? I searched it up and it says not to but curious if anyone’s mixed the 2
