Recommendations please

I drink vodka shots and that’s really it but I want to branch out to wines or a less harsh drink of some kind. I don’t like beer or those hard ciders that taste like sparkling water. I really want to find an alcohol version of Welch’s sparkling cocktail juice. It’s so tasty as a non alcoholic beverage so I imagine having it with alcohol would be even better. Are there any types of drinks that taste like that?
