muscle spams when drinking?

sometimes when i get these seizure like spams when i get really drunk, it feels like my body is so tense and my shoulders/chest just kind of jerk, does anyone know what this is? when i was in the ER for an od they said they weren’t seizures at least but didnt have an answer
