Sometimes and it’s literally sometimes my entire cheeks and old acne scars come up after drinking. Idk what the cause is. Heat? Food? But it happens sometimes and I’m always anxious drinking because it looks so bad 🙄 and just embarrassing! Wine does not give me this issue, just like hard liquor
