Liquor for Desk Drawer

Hi friends, I’m looking for a bottle of liquor that I can keep in my desk drawer of my office after it’s been opened. Something that I could pour into like a rocks glass and serve/sip without needing refrigeration, ice, or a mixer. The problem is I don’t like whiskey, bourbon, scotch, tequila, mezcal, etc. I also want something more interesting than vodka and gin. Any ideas for me ?
