Longevity of plastic bottles?

Hello! I have been collecting liquor miniatures for around a year. I mostly only buy the glass bottles but have ended up with 7 plastic bottles. I know the glass ones will last for a while, I’m just wondering if anyone knows how long the plastic bottles last for or if theyre worth just giving to someone who will drink them as I don’t drink. I’ve heard with big plastic bottles that the plastic can degrade, and the alcohol can evaporate through the plastic. Thank you in advance!!
