Continuous drinking games

I’ve got a bucks party/ boys weekend coming up and I want to have a continuous game we can play across the weekend. I was trying to come up with something that involves 1-2 items plays can possess which act like immunity tokens that could be given out to finish drinks etc.

Anyway, wanted to know if something already existing, or you’ve done something similar that you can recommend? Cheers
