Best Luxury Bourbon/Whiskey for a Tennessee Lemonade/Lynchburg Lemonade

Yes, I know using expensive liquor for a cocktail is a super divisive topic. However, I grew up poor and spent a large part of my life not being able to enjoy nicer things.

Next week I’m getting married and I want to be able to enjoy a fancy luxury cocktail during my wedding. Is it a waste, probably. But I want to have something very nice to drink for what will be an unforgettable night.

So I’d like to know from anyone that has more experience with drinking fancy bourbon and whiskey, what they’d recommend. My budget is $300 for the bottle.
