PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPERATE

To keep it short my girlfriend was a frequent drinker and I am against that, I have asked her 4 times to not do it and she’s went behind my back or openly done it every time. I have asked ai, my friends that drink, and there has been no definite answer. I really need help and have no one else to go to. Some simple information is it was purchased by her grandma in western Indiana, her grandma is in her 60s. I would be so grateful if anyone could help me figure out if the type of alcohol or if it is even alcohol!
