When should i call emergency

So I have psychosis negative symptoms it’s like schizophrenia but im very worried right now about my health I’m having trouble with breathing I’m beyond drunk my heart feels achy my vision is blurry I’m nauseous extremely depressed and messed up I had almost a bottle of vodka around 600ml today I drank like 200ml and in the morning about 400ml I blacked out for 2 hours went out after that to buy food then came back home and took 2 shots I’m trying to mask the feeling inside me the illness but if anything my illness is now louder I’m scared I did something to my brain because of too much alcohol and fragmented sleep I’m panicking and having very wierd symptoms
