Leftover Pink Whitney

Recently had a pretty bad drinking night that left me with (what felt like) a nearly lethal hangover. Decided on a full year of sobriety as penance.

What do I do with the remaining .75 L of Pink Whitney though? My parents’ tastes are a little more adult than grapefruit vodka, and when I was drinking it I had my mouth directly on the bottle so it’s unlikely anyone would want it as a gift.

I’m great with baking and cooking, if anyone has any ideas in that direction.
