Lemon Extract

Please do not tell me to just not do this at all. I purchased a bottle of lemon extract that I plan on getting drunk on. I looked it up and it has about a 85% abv. I have seen a few posts saying that the lemon oil in it needs to be taken out because it can harm you if consumed, but is this actually necessary? Also, how many parts extract to water would I need in order to safely drink it and not have it burn my throat?
