Dry skin after heavy drinking – cure ?

My facial skin will be dry after drinking and smoking excessively … and last sometimes for up to a week. mainly under my eyes

any ways to remedy this? im thinking of just going out in the sun for 2 hours hoping to purify my skin again ……
