Top/Mid Shelf recommendations for someone who usually drinks cheaper stuff?

I usually drink vodka sodas, tall boys or angry orchard hard ciders, that kind of thing. If I ever drink whiskey, it’s usually apple jack daniels. If I drink wine, it’s usually Rosé. I’m thinking about getting something fancy cuz my birthday is next month soon as a “small” gift for myself but am kinda lost on brands and what would be considered deluxe, for lack of a better word.
