Heavy drinkers hmu

Been going through a break up and also my brother passing just Thursday. Been drinking heavily but I’ve never drank this much and been having the shakes bad and just need someone to validate me cause I have bad anxiety. Everyone who’s said they would be there for me won’t even acknowledge my messages so I’m turning here as a last resort
