Why is there a unspoken Rule that its rude to order a Long Island Ice Tea?

I have seen this in a IG Reel and this also explains to me why often when i wanna order a Long Island i get told “we dont offer that”. Confusing because i assume every bar can craft that.

Why? Why is this Drink so “hated” by Barmen?
