Fun things to do indoors while drinking?

Hey everyone!
Looking for ideas on things to do at home with a small group of friends (4–6 people) while having some drinks. Not necessarily looking for classic drinking games, more like fun activities, games, or just ways to keep the night entertaining without having to go out.

Things we already do: movies, music, just chatting but we mainly end up just rotting on the couch and we want to mix it up a bit.

Open to board games, creative stuff, challenges, anything really!
Would love some fresh ideas!
