Why does Seagram’s only make their escapes in 3.2% and 10%??

I feel like surely 4-5% would be perfectly achievable without compromising the flavor and making it taste too “alcoholy” right? I love the taste of the 3.2% but the fact it’s 3.2 is kinda annoying.
