Hangxity

Does anyone else have similar experiences? I have been drinking since I was younger now I’m 28 and recently iv been recovering from insomnia. Well mind you my insomnia has gotten better, but now for whatever reason everytime I drink the next day I get anxiety- hangxity I guess that’s what they call it. I’m trying to figure out the best way to still enjoy having a good time and enjoy some drinks without dealing with anxiety.
