What are the typical symptoms of a really bad hangover?

I’m asking this because I’ve only drank twice in my life. Both times I’ve had a hangover so bad I’ve wanted to rip my hair out of my skull. Vertigo, nausea, puking, high heart rate even when laying down, unable to eat or drink, unable to get up from the bed for 10-12 hours.

The first time I kinda went overboard and blacked out and the second time I drank 5 30ml drinks and I was drunk but the symptoms were just as bad. Now I do remember eating some food and plenty of water in between drinks so idk why I had such a bad hangover

If anyone has experienced this or has the reason of why this could be happening to me pls lmk. Could it be due to me not drinking enough water or not enough food?

TLDR: I get really bad hangovers and want to know if it is normal or not
