I am a beginner in drinking and I’d like recommendations.

I mean, I’ve gotten drunk before, but I am never prone to alcoholism. It’s not in my gene.

With that said though, if I’m gonna enjoy booze, I wanna do it right.

I order rum and coke when I’m in bars because I can’t go wrong with it. I have only bought specialty beers.

I guess I want to get into quality hard liquor. Brandy, perhaps.

How should I develop an appreciation for quality booze?
