I really enjoy just grabbing random stuff from the store

My girlfriend works at a liquor store and is into alcohol and how its made and she likes to browse other liquor stores to compare to hers. I know nothing of alcohol and I usually stick to beer and not much of it. I always try to grab something new every time I go to another liquor store and I picked up this because i only had $5. It feels like drinking all nine layers of hell but if you can manage to get through that it actually tastes kinda fruity and sweet. She almost threw up drinking this which she said she never does. What exactly is this?
