Still can’t figure out what’s going on

(24M) Still can’t figure out why I have this right side rib pain. All this started in Nov 2023 after about 5 months of binge drinking whiteclaw surges daily. Stopped once I felt the pain and would only drink like once a month max going forward. Some days after drinking I’d feel fine some days the side pain would come back. Was going through the process getting blood work done and everything, had an ultrasound which was normal a CT of abdomen which was normal. Fast forward to the past 6 months I drank in January the dull ache came back, went to see a GI specialist where I got labs done every month. I also got a fibroscan scan in March and another ultrasound in the beginning May all which came back normal. The highest my ALT got to was a 71 and went back down to a 47 by the end of May. I didn’t drink alcohol during this entire 6 months process but still had some of the dull ache — doctor gave me a green light to drink a few weeks ago and I only had 4 beers on Saturday and the dull ache is back. Done drinking alcohol probably cause even if it’s not my liver or gallbladder this just isn’t worth it anymore. But any idea what could possibly be going on ? The ache at its worst is 4 as far as discomfort goes but is general a 1-3. I definitely noticed it less whilst I wasn’t drinking but never went away. However it’s confirmed I don’t have fatty liver or anything structurally wrong so I’m just very confused. Zero other symptoms what so ever.
