Pocket Shots?

Is this an ancient relic from the past? Never seen anything like this in stores before. Was found in a vintage bag at an estate sale. It’s a soft plastic bag with 50ml of vodka with a product date of 2016-0950.

Found the company’s website and Facebook page, with last post dated back to 2015. Anyone ever seen these before? What ever happened to them?
