Did a quick beer run (literally ran to the gas station) while my girlfriend was showering. Is my girlfriend right about me being an alcoholic?

I take around 3 shots a night after my work day. My girlfriend heavily disapproves. (I also take Wellbutrin lexapro and smoke weed as well, just gotta be up front here). She says I could die which after 2+ years of doing this in a row I think is a little dramatic for her to say that. Is she in the right or wrong? I’ve been on a 12+ day alcohol + weed bender. (I’ve smoked weed everday since I was around 15, im 21 years old now. I’ve ingested alcohol around 12 days in a row here recently).
