alcohol poisoning

my boyfriend and i were drinking and he drank a handful of shots more than me so he was pretty drunk. a couple hours later and he’s throwing up. at first i thought it was just a regular throwing up but then he threw up again. and then another time. at this point he was drenched in sweat laying down on my bathroom floor face down. he was trying to talk but he was just mumbling and not making sense. i eventually got him to lay down on his side and it seemed like he was falling asleep but he keeps waking up randomly and mumbling. he threw up twice more while he was laying down but it was only a little bit. his body feels a little cold which is confusing because he’s sweating so much but his breathing seems fine. i’m very worried about him, please let me know what i should do. i’m no sure if this is alcohol poisoning or something else but i’m really worried. help please!!!!
