Rate my drink combo (karela chips and pineapple tepache)

Homemade tepache. Saw the recipe in ig and decided to make it. Tastes awesome. I only fermented it for two days. Is it ok to drink this as it can turn into alcohol if it’s fermented for more than 7 days. And i can’t drink alcohol 😭.
