Help please, i can’t feel better

I had a cutwater long island 13%abv at about 7pm and a cutwaterargarita 12%abv at about 915.

It’s currently 1:30am and I can’t stop shaking and feeling like I’m spinning when I close my eyes to lie down. I threw up about 30 minutes ago. I don’t know how to feel good enough to sleep this off
